This Limited Edition Thomas Keller set was hand selected by world-renowned chef Thomas Keller of the French Laundry (Yountville, CA) and Per Se (New York, NY); the only chef in the US with two Michelin 3-Star restaurants.

The knives in this set have been etched with Thomas’ signature and have white, acrylic polymer handles (similar to Corian) to reflect the use of white in the French Laundry kitchen.
